MP responsiveness

Which MPs actually reply when their constituents email them on GPS Network's campaigns. The percentage shows the share of campaigns an MP responded to. Only MPs with at least 5 confirmed sends are listed so the rate is meaningful.

"Replied" is logged by GPS Network's campaign admins when they get a reply from the MP. We don't try to detect replies automatically.
